ii. No purchase is necessary to enter or win

iii. Promotion Description
One (1) winners will receive access to one (1) digital EiE Storybook ($4.99 total value). The winner will be chosen at the discretion of the Museum of Science, Boston. The giveaway entry period opens December 6th at 12:00 AM EDT and ends on September 18 at 5:00 PM EDT. 

iv. Eligibility
The promotion is open only to residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age. 

v. Prizes
There will be one (1) winner of access to one (1) digital EiE Storybook at the discretion of the Museum of Science, Boston.  
No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of a prize is permitted. The Museum of Science, Boston (“Sponsor”) reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion, or in the event a prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. Any and all federal, state and local taxes on the prizes are the sole responsibility of prize winner. 

vi. How to Enter
To enter the promotion, participants will post or comment on social media using #CSEdWeek and #EiEcomputes. Participants can compose a comment on a Computer Science Education Week post for one (1) chance for one (1) giveaway entry and compose a post on social media using #CSEdWeek and #EiEcomputes for an additional giveaway entry. 

vii. Winner Selection
One (1) winner will be randomly selected out of all qualified entries on December 14th at 12:00 AM EDT by a representative of the Museum of Science, Boston. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Prize awards are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.  
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. In the event of termination, Sponsor reserves the right to determine the winner from among all eligible entries received up to such time of such action. Sponsor reserves the right to change these terms at any time, with or without notice.  

Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the prize winner for 48 hours but if the winner fails to respond to our notification attempts within this time or fails to meet any of the eligibility requirements or is otherwise unable to comply with the competition terms and conditions, we reserve the right to disqualify that entrant and offer the prize to the next eligible entrant and thereafter until a winner is found.

For the names of the winner (available after December 16th, 2020), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope by December 31, 2020 to:

ix. Privacy
Upon entrant’s submission of an entry, the entrant will have provided the Museum of Science, Boston with personal data. Personally identifiable information that is submitted by Entrants as part of this Promotion will be used to administer the Promotion, select prize winners and fulfill prizes, and will be treated in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy accessible on its website. x. Limitation of Liability
By participating, each entrant agrees and by accepting a prize, winner agrees: (a) to abide by these Official Rules, which govern all communications regarding the Promotion, Decisions of Sponsor which shall be final in all respects relating to this Promotion; (b) to release, discharge and hold harmless the Released Parties, from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from entrant’s participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any awarded prize; (c) to the use of his/her name, image and/or likeness for programming, advertising, publicity and Promotion purposes in any and all media, now or hereafter known, worldwide and on the Internet, and in perpetuity by Sponsor and its designees, without compensation (unless prohibited by law) or additional consents from entrant or any third party and without prior notice, approval or inspection, and to execute specific consent to such use if asked to do so; and (d) winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused by participation in this Promotion or use or redemption of any prize.

xi. Disclaimers
Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for the following: (a) telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur; (b) any incorrect or inaccurate information, any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion, or any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the Promotion; (c) any injury or damage to participants related to or resulting from participating in this Promotion; or (d) any prize awarded. If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including because of, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, force majeure, or any other cause beyond the control of Sponsor which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. In the event of termination, Sponsor reserves the right to determine the winner from among all eligible entries received up to such time of such action. Sponsor reserves the right to change these terms at any time, with or without notice.
Sponsor may disqualify anyone from participating in the Promotion or winning a prize (and void all associated entries) if, in its sole discretion, it determines that such person is attempting to tamper or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion by cheating, deception or other unfair playing practices, or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrant or Sponsor’s representatives. Any attempt to deliberately damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of the promotion may be in violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies (including attorneys’ fees) from any such individual to the fullest extent of the law, including criminal prosecution.
