Thank you for your interest in EiE Families

Families play an important role in the development of children’s interests and career aspirations. Extending STEM learning into the home can help learners develop a STEM identity that will lead them to success in later years. To support this, EiE is designing at-home engineering and computer science activities that encourage families to communicate, collaborate, and solve problems as a team. 

These activities will assume little or no prior STEM experience and will incorporate everyday materials found around the home. Activities will guide families through the Engineering Design Process to design solutions to everyday problems. 

We’re seeking educators and families from across the country to test these activities and provide us with feedback! If you care for, work with, or have experience with youth ages 4 – 11 and are interested in this opportunity, please fill out the following form.
