Oracle Brings Hands-on Engineering to Orlando Schools
This summer, the Museum of Science, Boston and Oracle collaborated with the Orlando Science Center (OSC) to bring the EiE curriculum to schools in the Orlando area. A $25,000 grant from Oracle brought 20 Florida elementary teachers to an EiE professional development workshop hosted by OSC; each scholarship recipient also received a complete set of EiE curriculum materials to use in the classroom. This is the third year that Oracle has supported an EiE scholarship program.
